Our story

As a company, we recognize the importance of promoting diversity, parity, and inclusion. Our history

  • The company was started by the CEO, Reverend  Mancka Delaney, Sean J. Deer and Samuel Mantey and aims to support, equip and upskill young graduates and professionals from underrepresented backgrounds to successfully navigate the job market and gain access to senior management/leadership roles
